Meet the Founders
Jodi Anderson Jr.
Product and Partnerships
After spending nearly a decade in correctional facilities for mistakes he made as a teenager, Jodi graduated from Cornell’s Prison Education Program. He went on to attend Cornell University before transferring to Stanford University, where he earned his BA. Jodi continued to work at Venture capital-backed startups like MOJO Sports, CreateSafe, and Reddit. Jodi returned to Stanford for graduate school, where he formed Rézme in 2022. His original vision was to leverage data and applied research to develop technologies that make educational, social, and economic opportunity more accessible.
Ryan Brennan
Operations and Finance
Ryan graduated from Marquette University in 2013 and began his career as a high school math teacher in Mississippi through the Mississippi Teacher Corps. After completing the program, he taught at Youth Villages, a residential treatment facility, before earning his MA in Economics from the University of Memphis. He then enrolled in a PhD program at Stanford, where his research focused on public policy at the intersection of finance and technology. In 2023, he joined Connectivity Capital, an impact investing fund, as an Academic in Residence. In the spring of 2024, he left Stanford to join Jodi at Rézme.
