Why does Rézme partner with Checkr?‍

Rézme partners with Checkr by integrating background checks directly into our platform. This partnership not only enables employers to make informed hiring decisions and stay compliant with fair hiring practices but also enriches the candidate experience, making the hiring process more transparent and empowering for everyone involved. We believe that reviewing these background check results is also a valuable exercise for job candidates as they create their Restorative Record, helping them gain insight into their own histories and better articulate their growth and qualifications.

How to connect your Checkr account to Rézme?

1. Log in to your Rézme account.
2. From the left navigation menu, select "Find Candidates."
3. Select "View Profile" for any candidate you'd like to run a background check on.
4. When the candidate profile appears, either:some text
   • Select "View full profile" at the bottom of the lightframe, or
   • Scroll to the bottom of the profile modal
5. From the candidate's full profile, select "Create Checkr account" at the top.
6. A Checkr-hosted window will appear where you can either:some text
   • Sign in to your existing Checkr account, or
   • Sign up for a new Checkr account
7. Complete the sign-in or sign-up process.

Note: If you're signing up for a new Checkr account, you'll need to:

• Provide your company information
• Enter payment information (invoices will come directly from Checkr)
• Wait for Checkr to complete the credentialing process before you can begin ordering background checks

Once connected, you'll be automatically returned to the candidate's profile and can begin ordering background checks through Rézme.
